The 2024/25 Champions League is almost upon us after the took place last week in Monaco. UEFA have now released the official squads for each team for Europe’s premiere club competition
Barça’s squad contains the 22 first team players plus two from Barça Atlètic in the A list and 11 in the B list.

The A list comprises of the 22 first team players plus Unai Hernández (27) and Gerard Martín (35).
On the B list are 11 players from La Masia: Ander Astralaga (26), Marc Bernal (28), Aleix Garrido (29), Pau Prim (30), Diego Kochen (31), Héctor Fort (32), Sergi Domínguez (36), Quim Junyent (37), Alexis Olmedo (38), Andrés Cuenca (39) and Antonio Fernández (42).
Players can be added to the B list for a fixture up until midnight CET the day before the game. All players on the B list must meet the criteria of being born after 1 January 2003 and of having spent a minimum of two consecutive years at the club, three in the case of a loan to a club in the same association for a period of not more than a year.

Tests carried out on Wednesday on the first team player show that he has an injury to his left hamstring. He will be out for approximately three weeks.
The midfielder was selected by Spain U21 coach Santi Denia for the team upcoming European Championship qualifiers against Scotland and Hungary but had to leave the training camp after the first training session on Monday. On his return to Barcelona tests at the Ciutat Esportiva confirmed the player’s hamstring problem.
