The game is now set to be played at the Molineux Stadium on Sunday 20 October, kick-off 16.30pm (BST) and will be shown live on Sky Sports TV.
However, the fixture could yet be moved back to Saturday 19 October, kick-off to be confirmed, depending on Premier League clubs’ involvement in the Champions League the following Tuesday.
City’s other Premier League fixtures in October – our home games against Fulham and Southampton – remain scheduled for Saturday 15.00pm on Saturday 5 October and Saturday 26 October, respectively.
